You had to wait for a book you ordered? Books from the reading rooms of our departmental libraries must first be transported to the Main Library – this can take up to 24 hours, in some cases unfortunately even longer.
It's faster if you take out the books yourself at the library and check them out…
In the future, you will have the possibility to check out and return your books at self-service terminals in the Main Library. In the first construction phase, construction work will be carried out in the foyer of the library starting August 16th.
From May 23, 2022, wearing a face mask in the University buildings will no longer be mandatory. Nevertheless, the KU still recommends wearing a mask to protect yourself and others.
