In the summer semester 2022, the Chair of Business Administration and Service Management offers a modul in the area of entrepreneurial management and marketing.

In the course of the seminar, a fictitious franchise system is to be conceptualized based on theoretical foundations.

The following topics will be addressed in particular:

- brand development

- design standardization measures

- design and control quality measuring procedures

- operational business planning
