Working parents are faced with a great challenge if they want to reconcile the care times of their children with their own working hours. Employees who care for close relatives also perform the balancing act of harmonizing work and family obligations. This is not always easy. It is an important concern of the KU to offer framework conditions that enable its employees to combine work and family life.
