You can submit credit transfer requests for credits from previous studies at the KU, after changing your degree program, or after adding another degree program .

Click [Save] to temporarily save the current status
3.1 You have the option of specifying more than one achievement for crediting to a target module. In order to do this, please click in the line behind the module you have already selected and the module selection will be displayed again.

Please note:
6.1 All modules of your degree program are displayed here. If you have already successfully passed one of the target modules at the KU and the module cannot be taken multiple times, no further credits can be recognized for this module.
If provided for in your degree program (see examination regulations of the degree program), you can also select areas such as the elective area at this point.

Under [My credit transfers] in the [Status] column, you can see whether your credit transfer request has been sent.
The status changes as soon as the request has been finally decided on or queries have been raised regarding the submitted request. You will be informed of any status changes by the system via e-mail to your KU e-mail address.
If, in exceptional cases, the procedure has not yet been decided after more than three months, please contact the Central Office for Recognition and Credit Transfer.
